Biography:
Recently: Daniil Kharms, Robert Walser, and Konrad Bayer. Always: Chekhov, Isaac Babel and Robert Musil. Visually I like the work of George Grosz and Gerald Scarfe, as well as David Bailey's Brothers Grimm illustrations, Niklaus Troxler's posters and Jan Lenica's animations. All are plundered mercilessly for my stories, cartoons and poster designs.
